The Catholic Lawyers Guild of Queens County is a professional association of lawyers and judges who live or work in Queens County, New York City, one of the most populous and diverse urban areas in the world. For over 50 years, the organization has offered its members a second home for fellowship and faith-based service to the community. The Guild promotes the highest ethical standards in the practice of law, encourages service to society, and brings together lawyers who are likeminded, while remaining inclusive. To broaden its reach and positive impact on the community the Catholic Lawyers Guild collaborates regularly in events with the Queens County Bar Association, other adjunct/affinity bar associations, law schools and the local court system. It hosts several functions each year including The Red Mass, a Social Dinner Meeting, an Annual Awards Dinner and an Advent Mass/Communion Breakfast before Christmas. It also sponsors Continuing Legal Education Programs, Lenten and Advent Retreats and other charitable events.

The Queens Catholic Lawyers Guild recognizes the financial burden that many law students carry and provides a Scholarship Award to many Queens based law students every year. The scholarship program has helped many struggling law students with their tuition burdens. The program also provides internships, career advice, and mentors.

The Catholic Lawyers Guild of Queens County looks forward to the coming year with a growing membership, expanded program of activities and continuing fidelity to its values, goals and principles.
